1/4 cup Organic Powdered Sugar, sifted to remove clumps
¼ tsp Sea Salt
1 (5oz) container Vanilla or Plain Non-dairy Greek Style Yogurt
2 tablespoons Naturally Colored Rainbow Sprinkles, plus more to finish
½ bag Siete Mexican Shortbread Cookies, Mexican Chocolate Cookies, and/or Mexican Wedding Cookies
Directions
- Stir together the softened butter, vanilla, powdered sugar, and sea salt in a bowl. Add yogurt and stir to combine. Finish the dip with the vegan rainbow sprinkles.
- Spoon the confetti cake frosting dip int individual Cups, topping with more sprinkles and serve alongside the Siete Cookies to dip.
